Most Amazon and Gift Card orders will be places automatically. Others will need to be placed manually. It can take up to one business day for an order to be placed. Occasionally problematic orders need special attention from Awardco agents and must be placed manually. When this occurs, it will be processed as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.
Orders for Ticketed Events, and Hotel stays (and certain types of gift cards) will generally take longer to process than other types of orders. In many cases this occurs because we have to wait to hear back from each vendor before we can update your order information.
Some circumstances will prevent an order from being processed for longer periods of time. If your order has been pending for an abnormally long period of time, please submit a Support Ticket to bring your concern to our attention and allow us to process the order manually, or inform you of what may be causing the delay.
