In order to ensure greater accuracy in shipping, we require the input of your shipping address each time you redeem your points. Of course there is always the chance the incorrect shipping address is entered.
If you need to change a shipping address after completing the order, please call us or send in a Support Ticket as soon as possible. We will try to get the address changed but if the item has already been shipped, we will not be able to change the address.
At that point we would need to cancel the order and try to refund or replace it.
