This article is designed to help you find the tracking info for an Amazon order placed with Awardco.
*Questions regarding order confirmations for hotels or event tickets will require the submission of a support ticket.
Log in to your company's Awardco website > Hover mouse over My Profile >
Select My Redemptions > Locate Tracking under your order >
Navigate to the appropriate shipping website > Input tracking number
Step by Step Instructions
Log in to your account. You will see a page that looks similar to the one shown below. Hover your mouse over My Profile. A drop down menu will show you two options. Select My Redemptions.
Once on the My Redemptions page, you will see a list of all of your orders, starting with the most recent. The delivery date for your order will be displayed under the date, price, and "processed" status.
*Note: If the order still shows as "pending" there won't be any information until it is processed.
