This article is designed to help you find the tracking info for an Amazon order placed with Awardco. Questions regarding order confirmations for hotels or event tickets will require the submission of a Support Ticket.
Log in to your company's Awardco website > Hover mouse over My Profile >
Select My Redemptions > Locate Tracking under order in question >
Head to the appropriate shipping website > Input tracking number
Step by Step Instructions
Begin by Logging In to your account. You will see a page that looks similar to the one shown below. Hover your mouse over My Profile. A drop down menu will show you two options. Select My Redemptions.
Once on the My Redemptions page, you will see a list of all of your orders, starting with the most recent. The delivery date for your order will be displayed under the date, price, and "Processed" status.
Note: If the order still shows as "Pending" there won't be any information until it shows "Processed."
