Locating Order Tracking Information Follow
This article is designed to help you find the tracking information for Amazon and gift card orders placed with Awardco. For questions regarding order confirmation for hotels or event tickets, please submit a support ticket.
If you ordered an eGift Card that has not been delivered, please check your spam folder in your inbox before contacting the Awardco team. Depending on your inbox settings, eGift Cards can be sorted into the spam folder when they are sent to your listed email address.
Quick Fix by Order Type
Physical Item through Amazon
- Log in to your company's Awardco website
- Click your name in the top right corner of the screen
- Select "Orders" from the dropdown menu
- Locate the Tracking field under your order
- Navigate to the appropriate shipping website (e.g. for UPS, Google "UPS Tracking")
- Input tracking number
Amazon eGift Card
- Log in to your company's Awardco website
- Click your name in the top right corner of the screen
- Select "Orders" from the dropdown menu
- Locate and click the "Show Claim Code" text under the value of the card
Other eGift Card and Prepaid Virtual Card
- Log in to your company's Awardco website
- Click your name in the top right corner of the screen
- Select "Orders" from the dropdown menu
- If the order says Processed under the order's date, contact the Awardco support team for additional status information
Step by Step Instructions
Locating Your Orders Page
To locate order details for your previously placed orders, login to your account, click your name in the top right corner of the screen and select "Orders" from the drop down menu.
Once on the Orders page, you will see a list of all orders placed on your account, beginning with the most recently placed order. The way fulfillment and tracking information is displayed depends on the type of item you ordered. The tracking for each of these item types are addressed individually in the sections below.
Physical Item through Amazon
For physical items ordered through the platform's Amazon option, the tracking information will be displayed once the order is processed. While most orders will process immediately, some orders may be pulled for manual review and may take several business days to transition to processed. Once the order is processed and tracking information has been generated, the tracking field will populate tracking information. In the screenshot below, you can see the item is being shipped via UPS and can be tracked with the listed tracking number. To track the package, open a new tab in your browser, go to the listed shipping company's website, and enter the tracking number. While the example below shows UPS as the shipping company, the item may be shipped via DHL, Fedex, or USPS. Navigate to the appropriate website of the listed company to track your order.
When an item is shipped by Amazon Logistics, as shown in the second screenshot below, you will be unable to track this information on your own. To track an order that is being shipped via Amazon Logistics, contact the Awardco support team. We will be happy to provide additional information about your order.
If your order details say the order has processed but no tracking information is available, you may contact the Awardco support team to receive more information about your order.
