How do I contact the Awardco support team?
There are three ways to contact the Awardco support team:
- Chat - Contact Awardco support by clicking the blue "Chat" button in the bottom right corner of this page or at the bottom of any page in your company's Awardco platform. The Chat bot will attempt to solve the inquiry; the user will be redirected to a support representative if needed.
- Email - Create a support ticket automatically by emailing email@example.com. Be sure to include as much detail as you can including your full name, company name, and a detailed outline of the issue you're experiencing.
- Phone - You can contact the Awardco support team by phone using one of the numbers listed here:
Our support team's hours are Monday through Friday, 24 hours.
Step by Step Instructions
Chat with the Team
The easiest way to have your issue resolved is to reach out through the chat widget located on each page in every Awardco account and in the bottom right corner of this support article. To start a chat, simply click the Chat button.
Once you click Chat, you will be asked to select a topic relating to the issue you're experiencing. The bot will attempt to answer your question with support articles but if your inquiry is more specific, you will be asked to enter some basic contact information which allows our team to contact you if your issue requires follow-up. Enter your name, email address, and a brief message outlining your issue to begin chatting with an Awardco Support agent. Remember to give details and be specific as you can be when describing your issue. When all your information is filled out, click Send. Clicking Send immediately opens a chat window. You can also Upload a screenshot of the issue if needed.
The second way to reach our Support Team is by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. This will create a support ticket that will be answered as quickly as possible by the Support Team. In most cases, you will receive a response from the team inside of eight hours.
Once you have submitted your Support Ticket, you will receive an automatically generated email confirming our receipt of your request. You can respond to this email at any time to provide updates on your issue or to ask further questions. When you respond to this email, your Support Ticket is automatically updated at Awardco.
When your ticket is opened and addressed by an Awardco representative, you will receive another email from the agent taking care of your ticket. With more complex issues, clarification may be required.
The third and final method for contacting the Awardco support team is via phone. Depending on your location around the world, you will use a local phone number to contact our team. Visit our Contact site to see which numbers are available for you to contact.
