Changing an Order After Order Has Been Placed Follow
To change the details of a product you ordered (e.g., size, color, quantity) we have to cancel your order and process a new one. It's much easier to change an order before it's shipped. This means we need you to submit a Support Ticket ASAP.
If we can't get a replacement order placed, we'll issue an order cancellation. Don't worry, we'll refund your points back to you so that you can select a new item.
Note: Your company's policies on tax and shipping costs may affect the amount of points you are refunded.
