Report: Redemption Details Follow
In this article you will learn how to access the Redemption Details report and view details from each redemption, such as employee name, order number, type of redemption, quantity, and cost. This report is most often used by accounting departments when processing invoices for retainer.
- Log In to Your Account
- Click "Admin"
- Click "Reports"
- Select "Redemption Details"
- Set your desired parameters
- Click "Show" or "Export"
Step by Step
Log In to Your Account.
Once you click Admin you'll be taken to your Dashboard. Click on the Reports tab.
You will be taken to a list of available reports. Click on Redemption Details.
Next, set the parameters of the dates you want the report to cover (e.g. weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) by adjusting the Start Date and the End Date of the filters.
You can narrow the report down by Group; just click on which group you want to run the report for. If you don't choose a group, then the report will pull and display data from your entire organization. You also have the ability to choose between including line items or not.
Once you've selected the parameters of the report, click Show to view it.
Your report will load below the search parameters. You will see a list of each order sorted by most recent, along with each item in the order.
NOTE: "Type" header denotes the vendor and the vendors product.
