Classic Recognition Programs: Changing Your Platform URL Follow
Note: This article is in reference to the Classic version of Recognition Programs. It does not reflect the new and improved Recognition Programs released as of September 2019. This article is designed to help you change the URL of the site your employees log in to when they redeem points.
Step by Step Instructions
First Things First: Log In to Your Account.
Next click "Admin" located in the upper righthand corner of the page. Once you're on your dashboard, click on the Settings tab.
Once here go to the Branding page to make changes.
In the branding tab you will have the option to change the URL for your Awardco platform. The text in the URL box will show you your current web address. You may change the first part of the URL to whatever you like. The only requirement is that the URL must end with .awardco.com. (e.g. thepresidents.awardco.com, americanpresidents.awardco.com)
The changes you make update automatically, so there's no need to save the page.
Note: You will probably need to refresh the page the first time you visit your new site for the changes to take effect.
