Spending Points on Amazon Follow
This article will help you to navigate and redeem your points in your company's redemption networks.

- Hover your mouse over Spend Points
- In the drop down menu, select Amazon
- Search for your desired items
- Add these items to your cart
- Select Checkout to begin finalizing your order
Step by Step: Visuals
- Log In to Your Account
- Go to your company's custom URL and enter your login credentials.
- Once you've logged in, you'll see your homepage. The tabs on the top are where your personal points can be redeemed.
There are two ways to access the Amazon portal:
- Hover your cursor over Spend Points to view the dropdown menu and then click on Amazon.
- Or select the Amazon icon in the profile widget on the left.
Note: Your company may have different options (such as "Products") in the dropdown menu to get to the Amazon portal.
Once you get to the Amazon portal your points will also be displayed on your dashboard on the left side of the screen.
Use the search bar to begin locating specific items. You can buy one item that uses up all of your points at once, or you can buy numerous items that add up to your point balance.
Note: Amazon will auto-populate popular items in whatever category you select, but these are not the only items available. Be sure to search for the items you want by name, size, color, brand, etc. The more detailed the search, the more likely you are to find the specific item you're looking for.
Once you type in something you want and hit Search, matching items will appear. The amount of points needed to redeem the item is listed below each item.
Click on the item to see its description and review your selection. The points needed to redeem the product will be displayed. If you decide you don't want it, just click back in your browser to continue searching. If you would like to move forward with ordering your selected item, hit Add to Cart.
Your point balance will not change until you process your order, so feel free to add and remove different things to your cart until you find the right selections. Your Cart Balance will keep a running tally of the points accumulated in your shopping cart so you can gauge how close you are to your limit. When you are done shopping, view your Shopping Cart, and click Checkout.
Next you'll need to fill out your shipping information. Please be thorough when filling out your information as any gaps will likely cause delivery delays. When you've filled out the form, hit Submit to save your shipping address.
If you will be placing multiple orders that you need to ship to different addresses, you will need to process the orders separately. Choose the address you want your current order to be shipped to. If the information is correct, hit Select.
This will take you to the last page to review your order before placing it. Confirm that the points, items, and address are all correct, and then hit Place Order.
Once your order is complete, your new point balance will be shown in your points dashboard. The points you used for your order will now be reflected in the Redeemed section, while the remaining points you have left are shown in the Balance section. Amazon will now process your order.
Note that fluctuations in item availability may cause order delays and/or cancelations. Should this happen, our support team will be proactive in reaching out in a timely manner via email. Points will be returned for all canceled items.
For clothing items, the sizing will typically be specified in the title or product description like in the example below. If this isn't the case, go ahead and place your order and an Awardco fulfillment specialist will reach out within 2-3 business days and ask for sizing clarification.

When I log into awardco and select Amazon, I enter the specific item (copied from Amazon) and do not see the item i want. This is happening with a number of products.

What is awardco using as a filter on Amazon offered products. The products are listed as shipping from an Amazon Fulfillment location but they do not show up in an awardco search.

Great question. The Amazon portal in the Awardco platform only displays items that are warehoused with Amazon. Any items that are sold through the Amazon Marketplace (stores that sell their product on the Amazon site) will not be displayed in the Awardco platform. This is because these sellers often do not offer the same guarantees as to the quality of the product and are not bound by Amazon's 30-day return policy. I hope this helps! I have an amazon item in my cart that is an article of clothing. On Amazon, the item has a drop-down menu to select a size. But there's nowhere to specify a size on the Awardco site. How do I choose a size?

Thanks for reaching out. I am so sorry. Amazon currently does not allow the ability to select a size through the platform for many of its items. If the size of the item you are searching for does not appear in the title or description, I recommend looking for another option. Again, I apologize for this inconvenience.
