This article is designed to help you understand how to give or award points to an employee in the Recognition tab of your company's Awardco website.
Login to your company's Awardco website > Click Recognition >
Type the name of the employee you want to reward > Type your message >
Select your budget and enter reward amount > Select Public or Private >
Click Recognize to finalize the reward
Step by Step Instructions
First Things First: Log In to Your Account.
Once you've signed in to your account, click on Recognitions.
In the User box, type in the name of the person you want to reward. A dropdown menu will appear with potential Users based on what you've typed. You can either click on a name in the menu, or finish typing their name.
You can type in a public message, and add hashtags of core values that will also show up on your Social Feed. Now type in the Amount you want to give to your employee. The available balance for each budget you manage is visible to the right of the Budget name. Simply click Recognize to give your employee their reward.

The amount you gave will automatically be deducted from the budget and deposited in your employee's account. If you have the Social Feed turned on, you and your employees will immediately be able to see, like, and comment on the Recognition you just gave.
