When you place an order, Amazon will automatically post the estimated delivery date to your Awardco profile. If that given date has passed, the first thing you need to do is check the courier's tracking information. If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you still haven't received it, we need to contact Amazon on your behalf. If you do have a missing order, send in a Support Ticket to bring the issue to our attention. Be sure to mention exactly which items didn't arrive. Please note that orders containing more than one item often ship separately.
