This article is designed to help you add, update, or change the information of the credit card you use for your Awardco account.
Log In to your account > Click Admin > Credit Cards >
Add New Card > Enter information > Submit >
Email email@example.com with a phone number for the card
Step by Step Instructions
First, make sure you're logged in as a manager or admin.
Once you've logged in, click on Credit Cards.
NOTE: You will need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org to provide the phone number assigned to the credit card you are submitting. Amazon requires a phone number whenever a card is added to the account and orders will not be able to process on the new card until a number is provided.
Next you'll need to add the card you want to update. Click on Add Card, found above the list of the Reward Networks you have available.
Fill in the card info, and hit Submit.
Your card has now been added to the list of available cards you can use. But you still need to assign it to your desired award network. Under the logo of the award network you're choosing, click Select a Card. A dropdown menu of all your available cards will show up. Note: For security, only the last four digits of each card will be displayed.
Select the card you want to use by clicking it.
The card you selected will now be the card that is charged for the award network you chose. These changes are saved automatically.
