This article is designed to help you add, update, or change the information of the credit card you use for your Awardco account.
To make any retainer changes, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Log In to your account > Click Admin > Settings >
Billing > Edit Billing >Enter information > Save
Email email@example.com with a phone number for the card
Step by Step Instructions
NOTE: You will need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org to provide the phone number assigned to the credit card you are submitting. Amazon requires a phone number whenever a card is added to the account and orders will not be able to process on the new card until a number is provided.
First, make sure you're logged in as a manager or admin.
Once you've logged in, click on Settings. Next you'll need to go to the bottom left hand side of the page and click on Billing.
Click on Edit Billing.
Now enter the card information. Once all information is entered, click Save.
The card you selected will now be the card that is charged for the award network. These changes are saved automatically.
