This article is designed to show you how to create, edit, and use Custom Recognition Templates for the emails your employees receive when they are recognized for various awards.
Log In to your account. > Click Admin. > Settings. >
Recognition. > Add new custom template.
Step by Step Instructions
First, you'll need to Log In as an Admin.
Next, click on Settings.
In the Settings Menu, click on Recognition.
In the Recognition page, you will see a list of the templates you have saved. There will always be a Standard Recognition template by default. Templates can use Dynamic Text to auto-populate the names, emails, and reward amounts that your employees will receive when the email is sent.
To create a new template, click on Add Template.
Name the template, add the Subject Line of the email that will be sent, and then type in the Body of the message. Make sure to use Dynamic Text to add a personal touch to each message.
Note: If you're unfamiliar with Dynamic Text, you can send the text of your template to an Awardco Client Success representative, and we can create the template for you.
When you've finished your message, click Save.
Your new template will now be available to use for your recognition programs.
You can edit any custom template at any time by clicking on the Title, and saving your changes. You can also click Delete to get rid of a template entirely.
Note: Any changes you make to a template will take effect for all previously scheduled recognitions using the same template.
