This article is designed to help you understand how to clear your Pending Nominations queue by Approving or Declining a Nomination.
Log In to your account. > Click Admin > Nominations >
Approve or Decline any pending nominations.
Step by Step Instructions
First Things First: Log In to Your Account.
Once you click "Admin" you'll be taken to your Dashboard. Click on Nominations.
Note: This is different from the Nominate button that will show up in your User account. To Approve or Decline a Nomination you MUST be in the Admin section of your Awardco account.
Here you'll see a list of all of your pending Nominations that you need to Approve or Decline.
You can edit, or leave alone, the Recognition Message (which is what will show in the Social Feed), and the Nomination Response. You will also have the option to change the monetary value of the Nomination, and select which budget the money will come from.
If you Approve a Nomination it will be processed as a Recognition. If your Social Feed is active the Nomination will be displayed there. If you Decline a Nomination, it will simply be deleted without notifying the Sender or Receiver.
