Getting Started: For Employees Follow
This article will help you to get up to speed, recognizing and redeeming within minutes! A simple yet comprehensive overview of your new redemption platform.
1. How to Login
How to Login
- Navigate to your company recognition page, usually "yourcompany.awardco.com"
- Use your credentials to sign in, either sent in email or through SSO
How to Update Profile and Preferences
- Click on Profile Icon in the top right corner
- Click "My Account" - here you can update your picture, password and language
How to Recognize
- From the Homepage click on "Recognize" in the menu bar
- Find the person you want to recognize and click "Next"
- If your company has more than one program, select which one the recognition will be associate with and write your recognition
- Detail your reason for your recognition
- Select a "tag" or value for your recognition
- Before you finish your recognition, note that you can schedule your recognition for a later date using the "Schedule Send" button
- When finished click "Recognize" and your recognition will be uploaded to the feed

How to Redeem Points
- Click "Spend Points" on the Homepage and select how you would like to redeem your points
- Find your item, whether it be a gift card, amazon item, or otherwise and follow the steps provided to redeem
