If you haven't signed into your Awardco account in a while or if it has been a long day and you just want to look at your rewards it can be easy to forget some of your information. While we do have a process for reseting your password, retrieving your username will require you getting in touch with our support team by submitting a ticket.
Navigate to your company's Awardco website. > Select Login. >
Select Forgot Password? > Enter your email address and select Submit. >
Open the email from no-reply@[YOURCOMPANY].awardco.com and click the reset link. >
Enter your new password and select Submit.
Step by Step Instructions
Going to your company's Awardco website and open the login screen. Enter the login information you have, and select the Forgot Password? link at the bottom of the login box.
Once you click Forgot Password?, you will be prompted to enter your email address. Once you enter your email address and press Request Reset Link, an email from Awardco will be sent to your inbox containing a password reset link.
Navigate to your email address to retrieve the password reset link. The email will be sent from no-reply@[YOURCOMPANY].awardco.com. If the email is not appearing, please check your spam folder before contacting Awardco Support.
After clicking through the link in the Awardco email, you will be taken back to your company's Awardco website to enter a new password. Please be careful and precise when typing in your new password as there is no new password confirmation field.
After submitting your new password you will be returned to the original login screen. Use your new password to access your account.
