Step by Step Instructions
Begin by logging into your company's Awardco account. Instructions for this process can be found in the article titled How to Log In. Once in your account, select the Recognition tab to be taken to your group's recognition feed.
In your recognition feed, posts are automatically sorted by how recently they were submitted. By clicking Filters at the top of the feed, you will be able to change which posts are displayed. Clicking Filters will drop down a menu that gives you the ability to filter by groups, users, and tags.
When filtering users and groups, you are able to filter posts that are from or to various groups and/or users. Filtering From Groups will display recognition posts submitted by the group you are filtering. Filtering To Groups will display posts that are recognizing the group you have filtered. The same goes for the Users filtering options. When you filter by Tags, all recognition posts containing the selected hashtag(s) will be included in the results. You can use multiple filters across groups, users, and tags to narrow down the posts to very specific results.
When filtering by groups, you will need to have groups enabled and set up in your company's system. To learn how to use groups, please see our article titled Create a Company Hierarchy Inside Awardco. Once you are ready to use the filters function to filter groups, select Add Groups. This will open a window from which you will select the group you would like to filter. You may add as many groups as you would like. When a group is added to the filters, a blue box with the group's name will appear under the type of filter you have selected. To remove a group from the filter, select the X next to the group name.
NOTE: Selecting a group includes all subgroups.
When you add users and tags to the filter, a search option will be included in the popup window. This should help expedite the process of selecting who you would like to be included in the filter function. When inputting filters, if no recognition posts fall into the parameters outlined by the selected filters, the page will display "There is currently no recognition."
