Step by Step Instructions
Because hotel reservations go through Priceline's reservation system, you will need to cancel your hotel room by following the instructions you received in your original confirmation email from Priceline. Please be aware that there are some instances where you will be unable to cancel your reservation. As there is no guarantee that your reservation will be eligible for cancellation, contacting a Priceline representative as soon as you can is your best course of action in this situation.
Note: Awardco is not authorized to communicate with Priceline on your behalf. Any alterations or cancellations to a hotel reservation must come directly from the guest.
Once you have cancelled the reservation with Priceline, you will receive an email confirming this cancellation.
Forward the email from Priceline confirming your cancellation to support@awardco.com. An Awardco support agent will confirm the cancellation and return your points to your account.
