Country Specific Home Page Customization Follow
International recognition programs often have different needs and award offerings from those offered in a company’s home market. The ability to customize the Awardco home page that your employees see based on country ensures a smoother user experience for your international employees.
In most cases, this feature will be configured by your Awardco Client Success Manager or implementation specialist. We recommend scheduling a call with your point of contact to begin the process of designing and uploading these international home pages.
Home Page Setting Configuration
To begin, sign in and navigate to the Admin section by clicking Admin in the top right corner of the page. You will then click the Settings tab and the Branding option on the left side of the page. Scroll down to the bottom where you will select the Edit button just to the right of Welcome Pages.
First Homepage Template
When creating your first homepage template you will start by clicking Add Template in the top right corner of the screen.
Once the template edit page is open, you will be able to choose the appropriate country, the homepage's language, and customize the HTML to match available options. Press Save when your changes have been finalized.
Creating a New Country Homepage Template
If your company has an existing homepage template and you are looking to add a new one for another country, please follow the steps as outlined above making sure to select the correct country and language for the new template. When you have finished, each country will appear as a template that can be edited or deleted under Welcome Pages.
If your international reward programs offer different awards from those displayed on your original home market homepage, please work with your client success representative to change the information displayed on the welcome page. As this process requires a certain understanding of HTML, please contact Awardco with questions about these types of changes.
Once your international HTML is set, replicate the above process until all your international employees' countries are represented.
