Classic Recognition Programs: Custom Labels for Preset Amounts Follow
Note: This article is in reference to the Classic version of Recognition Programs. It does not reflect the new and improved Recognition Programs released as of September 2019. If you would like information on the new Recognition Programs, please see this article and contact your Client Success Manager to enable the new feature.
For monetary recognitions (through spot recognitions and nominations) you have the ability to have preset monetary amounts from which to choose while recognizing someone. These preset amounts can be labeled to help guide users on which preset amount to select for a given recognition, or as a part of one of your programs.
Step by Step Instructions
First, Log In to your account.
Click the Admin button in the upper right corner and click on the Settings tab.
You will be taken to the General settings page. Stay on this page and make sure "Show Labels" is turned on.
Next, go to "Preset Labels" and enter your preferred label names for each amount. Separate each label with a comma. These labels will correspond with what is in the "Preset Amounts" box. These custom labels and preset amount boxes appear in both "Recognitions" and "Nominations".
In this example, there will be a Bronze box worth $50, a Silver box worth $100, and a Gold box worth $200. The other boxes will not have a label and will just show as boxes for $300, $400, and $500.
To view the labels and preset amounts, click Return in the upper-right corner.
Click either Recognize or Nominate along the menu bar at the top. Select a budget and the preset amounts with their labels will appear.
