Managing Manager Permissions Follow
Learn how to change platform access permission settings for Executive and Group Managers.

Edit Permissions for Executive and/or Group Managers
Step by Step Instructions
First, you'll need to Log In as an Admin and click on the Settings tab.
Click on the Managers button found in the settings menu.
You will be brought to a page where you can edit the permissions of Executive and/or Group Managers.
Permissions Explained:
Executive Manager Reports - When turned ON, Executive Managers may generate and view reports for all users within the platform. When turned OFF, Executive Managers cannot generate or view any reports.
Executive Manager Users - When on EDIT, Executive Managers may edit personal user information (e.g. Employee Id, Username, Password, etc.) for all Employees within the platform, but may not edit information for Group Managers, Executive Managers or Admins. When on VIEW, Executive Managers may view Awarded, Redeemed, and Balance information for all users within the platform, but will not have the ability to edit personal user information.
Group Manager Reports - When turned ON, Group Managers may generate and view reports for all users within their group. This includes the ability to generate and view reports of all groups and group managers that are beneath them in the company hierarchy. When turned OFF, Group Managers cannot generate or view any reports.
Group Manager Users - When on EDIT, Group Managers may edit personal user information (e.g. Employee Id, Username, Password, etc.) for all Employees within their group, but may not edit information for Group Managers, Executive Managers or Admins. When on VIEW, Group Managers may view Awarded, Redeemed, and Balance information for all users within their group, but will not have the ability to edit personal user information.
