Communicate Your Vision
What do you want to accomplish with this recognition platform? How do you see this software changing your organization, and the lives of your peers, for the better? Help your organization understand what’s at stake and what is possible.
Plan and Budget for Adoption
Even when the value of adoption is understood, the costs associated with truly adopting the program can be prohibitive. Anticipate the time and allocation of resources required to successfully adopt this software. Identify what successful training for each role will require.
Cultivate Executive and Champion Sponsorship
Identify influencers who can drive adoption through encouraging the use of your platform and by being available for trainings. Don’t overlook the importance of getting your most influential employees on board early in the process.
Develop and Provide Accessible Training Materials
No one learns in exactly the same way. Increase understanding by making trainings available through technical “how-to” forms, instructional videos, and one-on-one training sessions. We recommend including the why, what, and how of recognition in each of your developed trainings. Work with your Awardco point of contact to develop these trainings.

Make Regular Program Check-Ins
