Point Balance Reminder Email Follow
The point balance reminder feature in the Awardco platform helps ensure that an award sent to an employee doesn't slip through the cracks.
Operation and Appearance
The reminder email operates by an established, non-customizable set of rules. When enabled, the reminder email will be generated and sent to all users with an active balance of $5 USD or greater. This reminder email is generated monthly and is sent on the first of each month.
The template used for this reminder email is standard and is not customizable. The email lists the user's point balance, invites the user to spend their points, and offers a button that redirects them to their account. Support contact options are also available in case there was some issue that prevented the user from redeeming the points previously. The template for this reminder is displayed below.
The configuration of this feature requires an Awardco team member's involvement and will be configured by the Awardco team member. To enable this feature or to ask any clarifying questions, speak with your Awardco Account Manager.
