Point Balance Reminder Follow
Your employees lead busy lives and are hard at work furthering the aims of your organization. For those who may not have the Awardco platform integrated into their daily workflow, it can be easy to forget about the points they've received. Through the point balance reminder email, you have the ability to combat that forgetfulness in driving your organization to the next level of software adoption and platform utilization. Work with your client success manager to configure this feature and discuss other ways to drive your organization's adoption of Awardco even further.
As the configuration of this feature requires email template design services and must be activated by your Awardco client success manager, we recommend working closely with them as you configure this feature in your platform. To begin configuration, log into your account and navigate to the configuration page by clicking the "Admin" > "Settings" > "Reminders".
- Frequency - Select the frequency with which you would like these emails to be sent to your users. The available time periods are monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually. The reminder email will be sent on the first day of your selected period. For example, selecting monthly will cause the email to be generated on the first of each month. Please note, if the first day of any of these periods falls on a weekend or holiday, the email will be delayed and will not send until the next business day.
- Template - Select the email template you have designed and loaded into the platform on the "Email Templates" sub-tab page. The template selected here must be created with the type set to "Point Balance." The template type is selected in the new template creation window. Work with your client success manager to create and load this email template.
- Point Balance Threshold - Enter the point threshold at which the reminder email will be activated. For example, assuming the points to dollars ratio is 1:1, entering 30 points means only users who have 30 or more points in their account balance will receive the reminder email.
Remember, your client success manager is the one who will flip the final switch to activate this feature. Once your configurations are in place, speak with them to have the feature fully enabled.
