Awardco Swag Store Follow
The Swag Store contains a preset catalog of high-quality items. Once enabled and configured, the swag store redemption option is displayed alongside your platform’s other redemption options and will operate much the same. Employees can browse the available items in the store and use their points to make purchases.

The Swag Store is available in Canada, Mexico and the United States.
- One-time setup fee – includes the cost of standard samples (short sleeve crew neck t-shirt, wool snapback hat, and a sticker)
- Annual subscription fee – includes one logo image
- Added logo image(s)
- Additional sample kits or a full sample catalog
- Shopify external store
- Post-launch design requests (Logo change, color updates, etc.)
Setup typically takes 4-6 weeks as it includes item selection, store creation, and an approval process. To start the process, please reach out to your Awardco point of contact.
Order Timing and Shipping
- Orders are typically received 1-2 weeks from when they are placed
- Tracking information will be available in the orders area of the individual’s Awardco account once the order is shipped
Returns and Exchanges
- All sales on the swag store are final
- In extenuating circumstances such as receiving a defective or damaged product, exceptions can be made
- For help returning an item if it is defective or damaged, reach out to the Awardco Support team
Items purchased through the swag store are paid ONLY through your funding account.
