Admin Dashboard Follow
This article will detail metrics specific to your company's usage.
*This Dashboard will only be viewable by Admin users.
Navigation
- Login
- Select Admin
- View "Dashboard" tab
Programs - This will show the number of active programs.
For the following segmentations (Spend and Reach):
- Percentage shows increase or decrease comparatively to the previous period of time.
- Example: If you filter by month, you'll see the current month as compared to the previous month. If you filter by year, you'll see the current year as compared to the previous year.
- Some metrics have a gray "sub metric" to give different context.
Spend - This report will show you the following:
- Overall Points Spent
- Overall Points Unspent
- Company Point Account *Previously called "Company Account"
- Point Budgets *Previously called "Budgets"
- User Points *includes ALL wallets
Global filters
This filter set will influence every segmented display that appears below the filter. There are two filters:
- Time filter
- You may choose from a list of default periods, or select a custom date range.
- Will display by Users local time, NOT UTC
- Standard Data and Client Metadata filter
- Standard Data examples: Recognitions programs, hashtags
- Client Metadata filter examples: department, location, job title, etc.
Reach - This report will show the following:
- Total Logins
- Total Users
- Unique Login - unique number of users who have logged in, i.e. "the same user login in multiple times is only "1" unique user.
Recognitions -
Monetary Filter
- Monetary - recognitions with point amounts awarded
- Non-Monetary - recognitions without point amounts awarded
- When choosing to filter by non-monetary all point metrics are will be hidden.
- Both - all recognitions including monetary or non-monetary
Metrics - all include sub-metrics and rate of change
- Recognitions Submitted
- Recognitions Received
- Users Submitting Recognitions: unique number of users that have submitted recognitions
- Users Receiving Recognitions: unique number of users who have received recognitions
- Points Awarded
- Points Received
- Average Points Awarded
- Average Points Received
Redemptions -
Summary Filter
- All Award Options
- Specific Award Options such as:
- Amazon
- eGift Cards
- Hotels
- Tickets
- Swag Store
- etc.
Metrics - all include sub-metrics and rate of change
- Redemptions - total number of redemptions
- Value of Redemptions - total company base currency amount
- Average Redemptions Value - average company base currency amount per redemption
Redemption by Award Network -
Also affected by Summary Filter
- Donut Chart - Shows ranked redemptions by options selected in the Summary Filter
- Ranking
- Rank
- Name
- Number of items redeemed
- Total value of items redeemed
