We are committed to assisting your organization as it manages this change. Our implementation process has been designed to produce a smooth and timely launch. Below, you will find a general outline of the 7 Awardco implementation milestones and their corresponding change management features:
Align
To jumpstart implementation, we will meet and have a candid discussion about the business impact goals and reasons your organization will be using Awardco. Defining success with your Implementation Consultant will guide us in recommending best practices for change management specifically for a company like yours.
Access
This is the technical first step in using Awardco. We will walk you through how to create user accounts for your employees and how to set up their login credentials. Your IT team will also be involved should login be accomplished via Single Sign On. Either way, we’ll make accessing Awardco an easy process for all employees.
Build
With your organization’s goals in mind, we will build your recognition programs together. Setting up eligibility, approval channels and budgets to fit the business processes that already exist at your organization is our goal. We want relevant stakeholders, whether they be in finance, management or otherwise, to quickly understand how Awardco can seamlessly fit into existing workflows.
Design
This is the milestone where we aesthetically integrate your organization’s culture with your Awardco platform. Company branded colors, images, values and messages can all be used to make your platform appear as a longstanding piece of your service suite. During this step, we will also work with you to
Test
Before launch, it is important to make sure each program and option is configured to your liking. We will provide you with direct access to test each feature while also putting the platform through a thorough testing protocol ourselves.
Train
In advance of going live, your Implementation Consultant will host in-depth training with client admins and other stakeholders on how to utilize Awardco. This includes demonstrating recognition, redemption, budget usage, report/data access and more. We take pride in making sure everyone knows how to use the part of the platform that their role dictates.
Launch
At launch, we provide an array of resources at request in order to facilitate adoption and expedite the learning curve of adding a new platform for your employees.
