Setting Company Notifications Follow
As an admin of the Awardco platform, you have the ability to control which notification settings users are able to alter. This article will outline the three different notification options you may enable for your users in your company.
Show My Account Notifications
Toggling the Show My Account Notifications to "On" will allow users in your company to access the Notifications sub-tab when they access their account settings. Toggling this option to "Off" will make this sub-tab unavailable, therefore not allowing them to alter their personal notification settings.
- Locate the Notifications setting tab by logging into your Awardco account.
- Next, navigate to the platform admin section by clicking the "Admin" button under your name.
- Click into the "Settings" tab.
- Click the "Notifications" sub-tab.
This setting establishes a standard notification preference for all users logging in for the first time. Establishing a default notification won’t change the preferences set by users that have already accessed their account. Learn more about the available notification preferences here.
If a user wishes to alter their notification settings, they are able to set their preference upon login. You, as an admin, can alter what notification options are available. By toggling "On", you make that option accessible; "Off" will eliminate the option from the user's view. The example below demonstrates an instance where an admin made the metadata notification setting unavailable.
