MemoryBooks: Manager Queues Follow
Please note, in order to use MemoryBooks, service award automation must be enabled on your platform. Due to the extensive custom configuration required to enable the MemoryBook feature, only Awardco Client Success Managers are able to enable the MemoryBook feature. To start building out your organization's MemoryBooks, please speak with your Client Success Manager.
When in the pending view, the manager will be able to see the upcoming anniversary awards for their direct reports, the number of people who have been invited to submit a comment, the number of people who have submitted a comment, and when expanded, what was said in the teammate comment.
From this expanded view of the individual anniversary award, the manager has the ability to resend the email invitation should the user lose or delete the original invitation email.
We encourage total participation in the MemoryBook process and recommend managers frequently review the queue and remind all participants to comment on their peer's MemoryBooks. This ensures the best experience possible with MemoryBooks and further progresses your organization's goals for outstanding employee recognition.
