Here are the latest features and updates we’ve made over the last few months in our continuing effort to make the Awardco platform the best it can possibly be.

Customizable Branding Options
We are pleased to roll out the ability for every company to customize their Awardco platform with their own branded color scheme. The standard dark blue background can now be any color that a computer can display. Menus and buttons can be changed to accent and complement your scheme with secondary and tertiary hues that match your company’s logo.
To change the colors of your portal, log into your account and visit Admin> Settings> Branding. We recommend keeping it simple with one main color, and another one, maybe two accent colors. It’s easy to go crazy with the different color options, but we don’t want your platform looking like a hippie’s lava lamp collection broke and spilled on the patterned linoleum. Well known brands are simple and powerful, and that’s what we’re going for here. If you know the hex codes for your colors you can type them in, or you can use the hue/shade selector tool on the site.
In addition to the color scheme, we have also added the ability to add a photo slideshow to your welcome screen. You can even choose which photos will scroll through the slides. Drop the .html code found here ( https://awardco.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004456267-Homepage-Design-with-Sliders ) into your homepage portal, and it will update immediately.

We are extremely proud to formally announce our partnership with Amazon Business. This allows us access to more than 600 million items from their site that we can bring to your employees. This partnership is also opening doors globally that will help us expand our capabilities so serve international companies. Orders placed by your employees through Amazon are fully automated, which results in quicker turn around and fewer order errors, while allowing us to offer free shipping on any order that is at least $50 (and in many cases, even lower-priced orders qualify for free shipping). Orders will typically arrive within 72 hours of the order being placed.
With the formalization of our relationship with Amazon, we have discontinued our relationship with Walmart. Walmart's product offerings and shipping options were not on par with what Amazon provides for your employees, so we decided to discontinue this mostly-redundant product catalog effective immediately.
Additionally, we are pleased to announce that we have partnered with Priceline.com for all of our Hotel reward options. The user experience and reporting will remain the same. Your employees will have access to over 50,000 hotels all around the world. Priceline has also opened up the option for flights and car rentals, so stay tuned for more updates as we explore if these exciting options are a good fit.
You now have the option to give a Private Recognition. There are times when a recognition is necessary, but we do not want to clog the social feed with repetitive posts or anything containing potentially sensitive information. All recognitions marked as private will not show up to your social feed.
We have also updated the process for Deleting Points. We learned that awarding an employee a negative balance to get rid of their points was causing some issues when it came to the reports, so we updated the process for adjusting the points of a user.
