In an effort to improve response time on questions regarding your account, Awardco is pleased to announce the addition of Level 2, or Administrative, support.
All questions regarding your account moving forward should be directed to email@example.com or 385-375-3060. Your account implementation representative, [Mitch, James, Heidi, etc.], will continue to provide support to the account through the firstname.lastname@example.org service as needed.
Level 2 (Admin) support will be best suited to help with questions regarding reporting, user uploads, scheduling or removing scheduled service awards, updating company settings such as email templates or welcome pages, and any other functionality unique to your administrator permissions.
Employees with questions regarding recognizing, nominating, ordering, refunds, or fulfillment of orders should continue to direct the inquiry to Level 1 (Employee) support at Support@awardco.com. The Level 1 support team is the best-equipped team to handle these types of needs.
Lastly, Finance@awardco.com is the best place to direct all inquiries regarding all things finances, including invoices, company balances, etc.
